WELCOME TO CABOS

Attention to detail is what makes Cabo’s Cantina a cut above the rest. Once through that door, respect and care for the ingredients play as important a role as the preparation of the dish. The goal in the kitchen is to make absolutely as much from scratch as possible. More complicated techniques are enhanced by having even the most basic ingredients be made in-house. It is a return to actual preparation of ingredients that motivates the kitchen to elevate these precious entrees to their place. This ‘from scratch’ approach may at first be perceived as old fashioned, but the end result of each dish proves that this is true cuisine.

Chef Gabriel Panama is leading the culinary team at Cabo Cantina. Originally from Mexico,  he moved to Atlanta in 1999 where he became a recognizable Chef specialized in Latin Cuisine.

Gabriel has worked as an executive Chef for Rock -N - Taco I & II, Red Martini, Istan Blue, Via, Twisted Tacos, Pastis, Roberto's world tapas, Cabernet Prime Steakhouse, Chops, Lobster Bar Bluepointe and Nava.
